The HMGroup International ("HMG") is a professional firm headquartered in the metropolitan area of Washington DC, and offices in Lima-Peru, Buenos Aires-Argentina and Málaga-Spain, therefore enjoying the benefits of a local company in the United States of America, in the European Union and in the MERCOSUR. Our Managing Partner is Enrique Herrero Mayor, leading a team of men and women with vast experience at international level in the public, private and NGOs environments.

The mission of the group is participating investing, advising, negotiating, managing or in strategic alliances with national government agencies, international organizations and companies in projects that will improve the living conditions of the peoples, based on self-sustainable economic models with emphasis in the information and communications technologies ("ICTs") with total transparency and where the results are the measure of success.

This objective is often implemented with the constitution of non-profit juridical persons, including foundations and ONGs that are designed in according to the needs of the Group and our clients, particularly as juridical instruments in the search for resources, optimization of the purchasing power, distribution and execution of multilateral projects.

By virtue of the professional antecedents of their Senior Partners, the HMGroup concentrates its efforts on the institutional architecture that synergizes agents of the private sector with elements of the national, regional, provincial and municipal governments, in order to combine the efficiency, agility and precision in fulfilling our mission that characterize the private sector, with the mystic of public service.
