The members of both organizations and their respective roles are:

Dr. Enrique Herrero-Mayor
Managing Partner of the HMG and of the HMGroup Consultants.

Ing. Adolfo Cabello, Electronics Engineer
Representative of the HMG for MERCOSUR since 1998 and before the Centro Argentino de Ingenieros, COPITEC, FUNDETEC and other professional associations of the engineering profession, as well as in special projects of their own design.
Mr. Cabello also advises ad hoc in specific projects including previous initiatives as Computerless and, at the present time, diverse Projects of Connectivity for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Lic. Pablo Zardini, Business Administrator
Associate Professional and Representative of the HMG Consultants for the promotion of the products of the University Mondragón in Mexico, Argentina, the MERCOSUR and before the Ibero-American Organization of States. Mr. Zardini is also member of the professional team of the HMG that presented the Project of Connectivity for Latin America and the Caribbean Intelligent Education™ through the Organization of Iber0-American States, and of the possible necessary Foundations.

Lic. Ángela D. Godoy Valderrama, Esq.
Representative of the HMG in Spain and before the European Union, from her offices in Fuengirola, Málaga, Spain.

Atty. Godoy Valderrama is responsible for the advice and administration in the creation of companies and NGOs, representation before the provincial, autonomous, national and community authorities, as well as legal advice for clients coming from Latin America and the Caribbean.

Ing. Fernando F. Mathó, M Sc. in Electrical and Computers Engineering
Associate Professional for ITC projects. Mr. Mathó joined the HMGroup in 2003, once concluded her graduate degree studies in the Carnegie Mellon University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, obtaining the Master’s degree in Electric and Computer Engineering and it will work in projects located in the United States, Europe and the MERCOSUR as needed.
